Description

The OSHP Legal & Regulatory Affairs Committee (LRAC) meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 4:30 p.m.

LRAC monitors and reviews proposed legislation, laws, rules, and regulations affecting public health and pharmacy practice in Oregon. The committee helps establish OSHP’s legislative priorities, works closely with OSHP’s lobbyist on public policy efforts, participates in legislative advocacy and testimony, and represents OSHP within the Oregon pharmacy community.
